Zonda Ione Morgan, 91, of Topeka, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2024 at Tanglewood Health and Rehabilitation.
She was born on January 17, 1933 to Arthur and Zenobia (Corn) Lee in Topeka, Kansas.
Zonda worked as a Cook for VA, 7+ years; JC Penney Dept. Manager - 11 yrs.
She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church and American Legion Post 400 Auxiliary.
Zonda is survived by her sons; David (Karen) Palmer, Dustin Palmer, daughters; Toni (Bruce) Stout, Shelley Carley, Sharyn (David) Baer, brother; Larry F. Lee, 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter; Shelia McBride, brother; Victor Lee.
Visitation will be held 9:00am, Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at Mount Hope Cemetery & Funeral Chapel, Topeka, Kansas.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at Mount Hope Cemetery & Funeral Chapel, Topeka, Kansas.
Inurnment will take place immediately following services in the Mount Hope Cemetery.
