William "Bill" Funk

"Bill" William Gale Funk, 90, passed peacefully on October 18, 2021. He was born May 30, 1931 in Axtell, Kansas to WM. Marion and Pearl Funk.
He was a 1949 Topeka High Grad. Served in the U.S. Marine Corp. Worked for Santa Fe RR and retired to Lake View, Arkansas to fish and fix boats. He loved life and all of the people he touched in his long and blessed life.
Graveside Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at Mount Hope Cemetery in the mausoleum, 4700 SW 17th St, Topeka, KS 66604.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Coast Guard Auxiliary Association Inc., 1301 W First Street Suite E1 Granite City, IL 62040-1802.
