William Beyer, Sr.

William Beyer, Sr., 69, of Topeka, passed away Thursday, March 9, 2006 at Midland Hospice House. He was born on September 4, 1936 in Kansas City, MO. He was an Air Force veteran. William married Jean Bowen in 1958. They were divorced. Survivors include one son, William Beyer, II of Topeka, two grandsons, Philip and Michael and three nepews. William was preceded in death by one daughter, Phyllis in 1998. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday on the Garden Chapel at Topeka Cemetery. Burial will follow. William will lie in state from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. today at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel.
