Wendy Renae Deever, 42, Topeka, passed away Friday, October 23, 2020.

She was born November 7, 1977, in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Gregory, Sr. and Jana (Dupler) Deever.

Survivors include a daughter, Kaytlynn Burgen; her parents; two brothers, Gregory S. Deever, II and Jayme Deever, all of Topeka; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Roy and Jean Dupler, and fraternal grandparents, Robert E. Deever, Sr. and Vera L. Fry.

Wendy enjoyed arts and crafts, drawing, and being outdoors; shopping and jewelry. She loved music and singing, she always knew all the lyrics to every song. She loved being a mom to Kaytlynn and spending as much time with her as she could.

Visitation 11:30am-1:30 pm will be Monday, November 2, 2020 at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, 1321 SW 10th Ave, Topeka. Graveside services will follow at 2pm at Memorial Park Cemetery, 3616 SW Sixth Ave., Topeka.
