Vivian A. Fuchs, 81, of Topeka, passed away on Friday, July 12, 2013 at her home. She was born June 24, 1932 in New Bedford, MA, the daughter of Henry and Annette LeBlanc Brais.
Vivian married Henry F. "Fred" Fuchs on December 1, 1951 in New Bedford, MA. SMSGT Fuchs USAF (Ret) preceded her in death on October 18, 1998. Survivors include her five children, Steven F. (Laura) Fox of Houston, TX, Susan A. (Robin) Fuchs of Gulfport, FL, Alan W. (Donna) Fuchs of Topeka, Deborah A. Stickler of Topeka, James E. Stickler of Topeka, nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
Her family would like to invite all of her friends to a celebration of her life which will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, July 20, 2013 at her home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, P.O. Box 4527, New York, NY 10163 or to the Wounded Warriors Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675 or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.
