Vida Margaret Noland, 94, of Topeka, passed away Thursday, August 11, 2016 at a local hospital.
She was born July 25, 1922 in Turpin, OK, that daughter of Ray A. and Edna A. (Barnes) Casady. Vida graduated from Turpin High School.
She married A. J. Zejda. They were divorced. She later married James F. Noland who preceded her in death on Oct. 20, 2015.
Vida was also preceded in death by two sons, Robert L. Noland and Jerry R. Zejda; a great grandson, Christian Famoso; two brothers, Homer P. and Harold O. Casady; two sisters, Julia E. Jordan and Edna May Correll; a brother-in-law, Hredine Correll and two sisters-in-law, Mary Ellen and Martha Lou Casady.
Survivors include a son, Gerry L. Zejda of Denver, CO; daughters Betty L. (Paul) Fultz, Bagley, MN, Carol S. (Leon) Lemons of Topeka and Peggy A. Zejda of Albuquerque, NM; daughter-in-law Gina Lee; 2 grandsons; 5 granddaughters; 17 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren, 3 brothers and 1 sister.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel, 1321 SW. 10th Ave., Topeka. Private inurnment will at Penwell-Gabel Cemetery.
