Velma Teter, 91, of Wakarusa, passed away Thursday, June 2, 2011. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 7, 2011, at First Church of the Nazarene, 1001 SW Buchanan, Topeka, KS 66604. Inurnment will be at a later date at Shawnee Center Cemetery, Wakarusa. Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel, Topeka, is assisting the family with arrangements.
