Ursula Elisabeth Hager, 65, of Topeka, passed away, Wednesday, March 12, 2008 at her home.
She was born November 2, 1942 in Furth, Germany the daughter of Walther Willi and Margarete Louise (Zeiner) Knoll.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1982 from Washburn University. Ursula received a lifetime achievement award from Sheltered Living Incorporated in 2006 and after 30 years of employment, she retired in 2007. Also, in 2007 she received the InterHab Presidents Award for service with special needs individuals. A Shaman, third degree Reiki Master of natural healing, she earned her ministry credentials from the Universal Life Church in 1999.
Survivors include; a son Richard Allen Hager of Topeka and a daughter Dianne Lynne Hager Hutchins, Wichita.
Cremation is planned. Memorial services will be held 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at the Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Contributions in her memory may be sent in care of the family or the American Cancer Society.
