Terry Lynn Frazier, 48, Topeka, died Monday, Sept. 20, 2004 at his home.
He was born July 21, 1956 in Topeka, the son of Jack I. and Kathleen McElhaney Frazier. He attended Whitson Elementary, Capper Jr. High, and graduated from Topeka West High School in 1974. He was an accomplished clarinetist and played in the Capper and Topeka West bands. He also won attendance to math and science institutes sponsored by Washburn University.
Mr. Frazier was a land surveyor. He started his career with Schmidt Engineering and Surveying. He later worked for other surveying companies in Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, New Jersey, Colorado, Florida, and other states where his company sent him.
He was a member of the Seabrook UCC Congregational Church and the Sons of the Confederacy.
Survivors include his parents, Jack & Kathleen Frazier, Topeka, sister, Jeanine Mott and husband, Myron, Topeka, brother, James Allen Frazier and wife, Mary, Plano, TX, nephew, Troy Mott and wife Marilyn, and their children, Travis, Audrey, and Tristan, niece, Lisa Propps and husband Russ, and their children, Riley and Reagan, nephew, Justin Mott and wife Danielle, and their children, Hannah and Corbin, and nieces, Meridith and Ashley Frazier.
Graveside servcies will be 11:00 am Friday at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
