Teresa Lynn Stubbs Vining, 58, of Topeka, passed away, Sunday, August 12, 2007 at St.FrancisHospital.
She was born January 6, 1949 in Hillsboro, Kansas the daughter of Merle and Patricia Rath Stubbs. Teresa attended Topeka public schools and KansasStateUniversity.
Teresa will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She enjoyed caring for her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Leslie Vining, three daughters, Jennifer Emert Soto and her husband Ramon, Tabitha Sanchez, Terri Miller and her husband Paul, two brothers, Michael Stubbs, Mark Stubbs and his wife Cindy, and five grandchildren.
Cremation is planned. Memorial services will be held 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at the Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Private inurnment will be in Sterling Cemetery, Sterling, KS at a later date. Memorial contributions may be given to First Step at Lakview, 3015 31st Street, Lawrence, Kansas 66047.
