Teresa Marie Robinson, 79, Topeka, passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2007 at a local care center.
Teresa was born May 14, 1928 in Fidelity, the daughter of George B. and Clara (Baker) Wiltz.
She worked for Southwestern Bell as a telephone operator and drafting clerk for 28 years, retiring in 1987.
She was an avid bowler and enjoyed playing cards.
Teresa was previosly maried to Don Stallbaumer. She later married Marvin K. Robinson on August 9, 1986. He died April 4, 2005. Survivors include daughters; Marie Gray, San Jose, CA; Jeanette C. Kocher, Hiawatha; Janet A. McGlothlin, Olathe; Lorraine K. Liccardi, Topeka; son, Larry R. Stallbaumer, Hoyt; brothers; Virgil Wiltz, Hiawatha; Melvin Wiltz, Virginia Beach, VA; sisters; Margaret Miller, Barrow, WI; Gertrude Bolgrean, Fargo, ND; Eleanora Blocker, Holton; 14 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Dennis E. Stallbaumer; a sister, Mildred Haverkamp; and brothers, Gerald Wiltz and Raymond W. Wiltz.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 23, 2007 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Fidelity. Burial will follow in the St. Augustine Cemetery. Teresa will lie in state at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel after 2:00 p.m. on Sunday and a wake service will be held at 6:00 p.m. followed by visitation until 8:00 p.m.
