Tammy McDonald, 47, of Topeka, passed away Monday, April 2, 2012.
Tammy worked for the Topeka Police Department, Federal Home Bank, and United States Department of Agriculture. While her children were in school, she was an active sponsor in the Topeka High School Drumline and Orchestra.
She was a loving, caring mother and friend. Tammy touched many lives throughout her life. She has left many loving memories for those around her.
Tammy is survived by her two children, Brandon and Nicole McDonald, mother, Donna Reaka, brother, Terry Reaka, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Tammy was preceded in death by her father and grandparents.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 6, 2012, at Mount Hope Mausoleum Chapel, Topeka. Entombment will follow at Mount Hope Mausoleum. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services. Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel, Topeka, is assisting the family with arrangements.
