Shawn Henry Bravence, 50, of Tecumseh, died on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at his home.
Shawn was born on August 27, 1964 in Topeka, the son of Gerald D. and Judith K. (Harden) Bravence. He graduated from Topeka High School, class of 1983, and from Miami International University with a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts.
He is survived by his daughter, Cassie Bravence of Tecumseh; his mother, Judith (George O. ) Kinard of Hobe Sound, FL; his brother, Dirk (Heather) Bravence of Overland Park and their children, Ben, Hunter, and Mackenzie Bravence.
He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald D. Bravence.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held announced at a later date. Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel is assisting the family.
