Sean Jameson Conn Garrett McClure, beloved son, brother, father and friend passed away in his home on April 16, 2024 at the age of 27. Sean was born on June 6, 1996 in Topeka, KS to Ryan McClure and Amber Mustard (Garrett).
Sean was known for his infectious laughter, inquisitive mind and unwavering loyalty to his loved ones. Sean loved to cook, always trying out new spice combinations and looking for ways to push the envelope in creativity. He loved music, drawing, gardening, practical jokes and getting in the car driving to no where in particular. Later in life, he would go on crazy adventures with his brothers around town. Anyone on who knew him was immediately drawn into his infectious personality.
He was preceded in death by his son, Kian Jaxson McClure; grandfather, Michael Capurro; grandfather, Harvey Garrett and his mema, Lin Diane Conn (Strezo). He is survived by his children, Maya and Eli McClure and Malia Purduski; his parents, Amber Mustard and Ryan (Katrina) McClure; four brothers, Jakob, Quinlan, Tristan and Grayson and two sisters, Riley and Taylor Mustard.
Sean will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will live on in our hearts forever.
A visitation will be held on Monday, April 22, 2024 from 5:00pm-7:00pm at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, 1321 SW 10th Ave., Topeka, KS 66604. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to his memorial website at everloved.com/life-of/sean-garrett-mcclure.
