Sandra Mary Pagles

Sandra Mary Pagles (Leicht), 58, of Topeka, passed away on January 21, 2024 at
Topeka Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing.

She was born on February 2, 1965 to Kenneth and Elvera (Misbauer) Leicht in St.
Louis, MO.

Sandra worked as a Dietary Aid for Washburn Rural High School and Lexington
Park Independent Living.

On July 20, 2002, she married Arthur Pagles. Sandra and Arthur exchanged their
wedding vowels at Gage Park in Topeka, Kansas and then resided in Topeka,
Kansas.

Sandra loved to shoot pool with her friends and husband Art for a local pool
league. Sandy also enjoyed doing arts and crafts with her daughter Kayla and was
such a supportive mother and attended all of her extracurricular activities. She was
an amazing cook. Her favorite football team will forever and always be the Dallas
Cowboys. She was extremely kind, charismatic, and would do anything for the
people she loved. She was also loved by many and never failed to make people
smile.

Sandra is survived by her loving daughter; Kayla Michelle Pagles, Sister, Lorraine
Leicht-Gillgannon, brother in-law, Shawn Gillgannon; Nephew, Levi; Sister,
Nancy Gleason (Leicht); Brother in-law, Mathew Gleason; Nephew, Christopher;
Niece, Sydney; Brother in-law, Kurtis Pagles; Niece, Samantha Roelker.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother; Kenneth and Elvera Leicht,
Husband and bestfriend Arthur Pagles, In- Laws Clifford and Vicky Pagles.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2024, 1:00 pm at the
Penwell-Gabel - Mid-Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10 th Ave, Topeka, Kansas 66604,
with visitation one hour prior to service time.
