Sally Linn Bolton, 49, Topeka, passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at Midland Hospice House.
Sally was born November 16, 1962 in Topeka, the daughter of Alvin D. and Genevieve M. (Lazier) Harvey. She graduated from Topeka West High School in 1981 and Washburn University in 1985 with a degree in Nursing.
She worked at St. Francis Hospital, E.B.A., and was currently employed by the State of Kansas at the Shawnee County Courthouse.
She enjoyed bowling, gardening, listening to music and K.U. Basketball.
Sally married Scott Bolton on August 12, 1989 in Topeka. He survives. Other survivors include step-son, Kristopher (Janell) Bolton; grandchildren, Cooper and Lilly Bolton, all of Topeka; brother, Michael (Melinda) Harvey, Carbondale; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, January 30, 2012 at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Sally will lie in state at the funeral home after 2:00 p.m. on Monday and visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
