Ruth Mauderly, 93, Topeka, passed away Saturday, October 3, 2015.
Ruth was born December 26, 1921 in Elmdale, the daughter of Frank and Klara (Beikman) Mauderly.
She graduated from Linn Kansas High School and attended Clark's School of Business.
She was employed as a bookkeeper for State Farm Insurance in Columbia, MO and later worked for the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, Kansas District in Topeka, retiring in 1986.
She was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Survivors include her brother, Ray Mauderly, Topeka; and cousins, Kenneth Bruenger, Detroit, MI; Alvin Bruenger, Seward, NE, Richard Bruenger, Topeka, Deltin Beikman, Linn, KS. She was preceded in death by a brother, Merlin Mauderly.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Burial will follow at Penwell-Gabel Cemetery. Miss Mauderly will lie in state at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel after 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
