Ruth was born Aug. 4, 1933 in Monticello, Ill to Albert and Mildred Fish Fitzwater.
She married Micahel V. Kelly Feb. 6, 1993 in Topeka, KS he died June 15, 1995.
Graveside services will be at Penwell-Gabel's Memorial Park Cemetery.Penwell-Gabel Midtown Chapel in charge of arrangments.
