Rosalind S. Schaeffer, 98, passed away June 29, 2018.
Ros was born February 25, 1920 in New York, NY the daughter of Emanuel and Belle (Insell) Susskind.
She married Jerome Schaeffer June 27, 1943 in Atlantic City, NJ. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include three sons, Ian David (Bobbi) Schaeffer, Topeka, Peter (Liz) Schaffer, Nantucket, MA, Kevin (Pat) Schaeffer, Roseland, NJ; 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Marilyn Levy.
Graveside service will be 9:30 a.m., Friday, July 6, 2018 at Topeka Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made in Rosalind's memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
