Roosevelt "Rocky" R. O'Neal, 86, of Topeka, passed away March 28, 2010. Roosevelt resided at a local Topeka Care Facility.
He served in the US Navy during WWII.
Roosevelt will lie in state after 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10th Ave., Topeka, KS 66604 until 9:00 a.m. Thursday.
Graveside Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 1, 2010 at Leavenworth National Cemetery, Leavenworth, KS.
