Ronald N. Bradsby

Ronald N. Bradsby, 57, of Topeka, passed away Monday, August 8, 2016 after a prolonged battle with cancer.

He was born May 14, 1959 in Tucson, AZ, the son of Jack and Pauline Bradsby.

While attending Washburn University he participated in the U.S. Air Force ROTC and later enlisted in the Air Force, serving from 1980 to 1984. In 1988 he went to work for ProSecurity who later was sold to Garda as an Armored Car Driver, retiring in 2015.

Ron was an avid model airplane enthusiast and accomplished oil painter. His family was always a very important part of his life and he will be remembered as a loving son, brother and uncle who will be greatly missed.

Ron is survived by three sisters, Jacqui McLeroy (Mark) of Dallas, TX, Paula and Merri Bradsby of Topeka; two nieces, Rebecca Webb and Maia McLeroy and great neice, Kaya of Dallas; Aunt Mary Kennison of Topeka; aunt Betty Collins of Indiana and cousin Jennifer Norris (Harold) of Topeka and numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Private graveside services will be held at a later date.
