Roger D. "Rocky" Cell, 50, Topeka, died Thursday, August 31, 2006 at a local hospital.
Rocky was born October 4, 1955 in Topeka, the son of Guy F. and Ruth Kelly Cell.
He attended Topeka schools and was an electrician.
Survivors include his daughter; Erin N. Cell, Littleton, CO; his mother, Ruth Kelly Weed, Topeka; a brother, Alan G. Cell and wife, Debby, Meriden, and a number of cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Guy F. Cell and step-father, Dudley Weed.
Rocky was cremated and Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 5, 2006 at West Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Oakland United Methodist Church, 801 NE Chester, Topeka, Kansas 66616 or a charity of the donor's choice.
