Robert C. Morris

Robert C. "Bob" Morris, 65, of Topeka, passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2010 at a Topeka care facility. He was born January 11, 1945 in Cleveland, OH, the son of Finus C. and Lavelle Rider Morris. He graduated from Raytown High School in Raytown, MO, in 1963 and from Mount San Antonio Junior College in Walnut, CA in 1966.

Bob then entered the US Army where he served from February of 1966 until being honorably discharged on November 27, 1967. He was employed as a mechanic by TWA in Kansas City, MO and Los Angeles, CA for many years.

He was preceded in death by his father, Finus in 1997 and his mother, Lavelle in 2008. Bob is survived by his brother, Erwin Morris of Allentown, PA. Cremation has taken place. Private inurnment will take place in Enid Cemetery, Enid, OK at a later date. Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
