Robert C. Moere

Robert Christopher Morere, 49, Topeka, passed away Friday, November 1, 2002, at his home.

Mr. Morere was born April 12, 1953, in New York, New York the son of John Peter and Vera Jean Zieger Morere. He has resided in Topeka, Kansas seven years.

Mr. Morere was retired from the U.S. Army having served from 1978 to 1998. He served in Desert Storm and received several awards including the Meritorious Service Medal. He worked for Goodyear from 1998 to 2001.

He married Josefina Bague July 3, 1981, in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

A funeral service will be 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 6, 2002, at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Cremation will follow the service with private family inurnment at Leavenworth National Cemetery. Mr. Morere will lie in state after 1:00 p.m. Tuesday with a visitation from 6-7:00 p.m. Tuesday at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel.

Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
