OBITUARY
The Reverend George Frederick Heller died in Topeka, Kansas on December 23rd. He was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on April 30, 1953 to John H. Heller, and Wallace B Heller. He was in the class of 19'71 at Tulsa Edison High and. graduated Cum Laude from the School of Engineering at Southern Methodist University in 1974. He received a Master of Theology degree from Nashotah House Seminary in 1979, and was ordained to the Episcopal Priesthood in Flossmoor, Illinois in 1980.
He served in various parishes in the Diocese of Illinois, and most recently he has been the
Vicar of St Phillip's Episcopal Churcli in Topeka, Kansas, and Pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Valley Falls, Kansas. He ,aas T)ean of the Northwest Convocation of the Episcopal Diocese of Kansas.
Prior to his illness, he had completed the class work toward a Doctor of Ministries degree at Seabury Western Seminary, in Fvanston Illinois.
He is survived by his mother Mrs John H. Heller,of Tulsa, ok, Joyce Rorie, of Topeka, KS his Sisters, Carolyn H. Fielder, and Susan H, Fisher. and nephews, John Lambert Fielder, William John Fisher, and John Robert Fisher, all of Tulsa.

A Requiem service will be conducted by the Right Rev William Smalley , Bishop of the Episcopal diocese of Kansas , and the Rev. Herman Page, Bishop of the Lutheran church in Kansas on Saturday, December 27 at 2:00 PM at St. David's Episcopal Church in Topeka, Ks.
Penwell-Gabel Mid Town is in charge of arrangements.
