Phyllis Taber

Phyllis Edith Taber, 92, died August 24, 2007 at Plaza West Regional Health Center. She was born May 31, 1915 in Springview, NE, the daughter of Edgar and Gertrude Taber.
Phyllis graduated from Aimsworth High School, Aimsworth, NE, in 1932 and Yankton College, Yankton, S.D. in 1937.
Phyllis began her career as a high school teacher in Missouri. She worked for Douglas Aircraft during WWII in Tulsa, OK. Phyllis was a clerk at Boeing in Seattle, WA for 22 years. She lived in Topeka, KS for the past twelve years.
Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Lawrence E. Taber. Survivors include her sister-in-law, Freda Taber, niece, Laura Baer, nephew, James Taber and two great nieces, Krystal and Melissa Baer.
Private inurnment will take place at a later date at Waldensian Cemetery at Monett, MO.
