Phyllis Ann Welch

Phyllis Ann Welch, 76, died Tuesday, Dec 23,2003 at Midland Hospice House. She was born
April 14, 1927 in Topeka, Kansas daughter of H. Guy and Emma Fink.
She was preceded in death by her parents, H. Guy Fink and Emma Fink, and her husband of 30 years Clifford Welch.
Survivors include a son, Ronald Welch of Phoenix, AZ, Two daughters Cheryl Moss of Topeka, KS, Connie Wing of Topeka, KS, Seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren, A sister Virginia Platt of Junction City, KS.
She was a retired St Francis Hospital Pharmacy clerk of 26 years and graduated from Topeka High School.Mrs. Welch was a lifetme member of the Ladies Auxiliary of th VFW and a long-time member of Women of the Moose.
Services will be at l l:00 am, Tuesday Dec. 30, 2003, at Penwell-Gabel Midtown Chapel followed by burial at Mount Hope Cemetery.
She will lie in state Monday Dec. 29, at funeral home, where the family will greet friends from 5pm to 7pm Monday evening.
