Pauline F. Bradsby

Pauline F. Bradsby, 71, of Topeka passed away Friday, Dec. 30, 2005 at Midland Hospice House.

She was born January 1, 1934 in Americus, KS, the daughter of Faye A. and Lula E. Kennison.

She was a 1951 graduate of Emporia High School. She and her children followed her husband to many military bases during his career with the U.S. Air Force, retiring in Topeka. She was a member of the Nazarene Church in Topeka for many years. She was a loving and devoted mother and will be greatly missed by her family.

She married Jack N. Bradsby on October 11, 1953 in Topeka. He preceded her in death in 1988. She was also preceded in death two brothers.

Survivors include three daughters; Jacqui McLeroy and her husband Mark, Dallas, TX., Paula and Merri Bradsby, Topeka; a son, Ron Bradsby, Topeka; two granddaughters, Rebecca and Maia McLeroy, Dallas; five sisters, Mary Rowen, Lakeville,PA, Betty Collins, DePauw, IN, Carol Flynn and Judy Vargas, Atwater, CA, Catherine Kennison, New Salisbury, IN; two brothers, James Kennison, Atwater, CA and Gerald Kennison, Houston, TX.

Mrs. Bradsby will lie in state after 2:00 pm, Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2006 at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, Jan. 5 at the Fort Riley Post Cemetery in Fort Riley, Kansas.
