Paul E. Shelby, 73, Topeka, passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2006 at his residence.
Paul was born January 5, 1933 in Holton.
Mr. Shelby was cremated. Visitation will be held at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel on Saturday, April 8, 2006 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
