Pattie Lou (Blazier) Artzer, 82, of Topeka, passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2017.
Pattie was born August 21, 1935, in Topeka, KS, to Charles and Pauline (Tolbert) Blazier). She married Paul A. Artzer on April 11, 1954 in Topeka, KS. Pattie worked at the Moose Lodge in Topeka, KS and later Gage North Bowl. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend and will be deeply missed.
She is survived by her husband; four children, Datha Artzer of Topeka, KS, Darwin (Dana) Artzer of Phoenix, AZ, Tommy (Christine) Artzer of Topeka, KS, and Shelly Artzer of Topeka, KS; daughter-in-law, Debbie Artzer of Topeka, KS; 19 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and brother, Charles "Chuck" Blazier.
Pattie was preceded in death by her son, Michael Artzer.
A celebration of life will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 9, 2017, at the Mount Hope Cemetery, Funeral Chapel and Reception Center, 4700 SW 17th Street, Topeka, KS 66604. Burial will follow at the Mount Hope Cemetery.
The family will greet friends from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 8, 2017, at Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10th Ave, Topeka, KS 66604.
