Patricia Fitzgerald

Patricia Fitzgerald, 82, of Topeka, passed away on Sunday, June 1, 2008 at a Topeka care facility. She was born on March 1, 1926 in Topeka, KS, the daughter of Frank W. and Ruth Ann (Phinney) Wilson. She was a graduate of Topeka High School and attended Julliard School of Music, and Kansas City Conservatory of Music.
She married Clair O. Fitzgerald on April 9, 1950 in Denver, CO. He preceded her in death on August 22, 1991. Survivors include a son Michael C. Fitzgerald of Topeka; grandchildren, Michael C. Fitzgerald and Timothy J. Dyer.
Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m., Thursday, June 5, 2008 at the Penwell-Gabel Cemetery in Topeka. Mrs. Fitzgerald will lie in state after 3 p.m., Wednesday at the Penwell-Gabel MidTown Chapel where the family will recieve friends from 7-8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Helping Hands Humane Society, 2625 NW Rochester Rd, Topeka, 66608.
