Pamela Sue Land, 71, of Topeka, passed away Monday, February 6, 2023.
She was born October 11, 1951, in Kansas City, Kansas, the daughter of William and Oleta (Medlin) Land.
Survivors include her sister, Debbie (Roy) Mannen; nephew, Shawn Mannen and niece, Denise (Mat) Pedroza; and two great nephews, Wyatt and Declan Pedroza. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Pamela worked at TARC for 45 years. She was happy, always smiling and loved making new friends.
She was a proud member of the University United Methodist Church, of Topeka. Pam enjoyed going to Sunday church services.
She enjoyed bingo, bowling, dancing, music of all types and singing. Pam also enjoyed eating out, especially at steak houses. She also enjoyed crafting of all sorts and the challenge of puzzles.
A funeral service will be 2:00pm, Saturday, February 11, 2023 at the Penwell Gabel Funeral Home, 1321 SW 10th Avenue, Topeka. The family will greet relatives and friends prior to the service from 1:00pm-1:30pm. She will be laid to rest at Mount Hope Cemetery in Topeka, Kansas. In Pam's honor, memorial contributions may be made to University United Methodist Church 1621 SW College, Topeka, KS 66604 or to Sheltered Living, Inc. 3401 SW Harrison St., Topeka, KS 66611.
