Pamela L. Ramey, 42, Topeka, passed away on Friday, July 13, 2012.
Pam was born March 8, 1970 in Topeka, the daughter of Robert and Connie (Stover) Ramey. She graduated from Topeka West High School in 1988. She was a lifelong Topeka resident.
She had been employed at Food Barn and Hair Concepts.
She was an avid KU fan, enjoyed listening to Country music, particularly George Strait, and a dog enthusiast. She will be greatly missed for her wonderful smile and kind spirit.
Survivors include her father, Robert Ramey, Topeka; brother, Brian Ramey, Onaga; sister, Tracy Christenson, Topeka; fiancé, Terry Adams, Topeka; daughters, Amber Horton, Topeka, Breanna Putthoff, Topeka; one grandson; aunts, uncles, many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother and grandparents.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 19, 2012 at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Burial will follow at Topeka Cemetery. Pam will lie in state at the funeral home after 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday and visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
