Norma Lea Sechrist, 74, of Topeka, passed away Thursday, July 12, 2012.
Norma was born September 15, 1937, in Mooreland, OK, to Thomas and Gladys (Van Fleet) Ludden. She was united in marriage to Lowell David Sechrist in Amarillo, TX, on April 9, 1954. Norma attended Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Topeka.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Lowell Sechrist, Topeka, children, Marsha (Wayne) Bennett, Hendersonville, TN, Sharon (Tim) Inman, Cherokee, OK, Teena (David) Emerson, Topeka, and David Wayne Sechrist, Topeka, grandchildren, Brandon (Deanna) Emerson, Trophy Club, TX, Chad (Karla) Bennett, Watertown, TN, Trendi Emerson, Topeka, Chuck (Desirae) Bennett, Springfield, TN, Mendee(Nick) House, Watonga, OK, Lindsie Emerson, Ft. Worth, TX, and Jarrod (Sammi) Inman, Kiowa, KS, great grandkids, Lindsay, Zane, Isaiah, Taylor, and Molly Bennett, Grady Emerson, Trey Donath, Cooper and Maycee House, and Dyson Inman, and sister, Dortha Graves, Houston, TX.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Francis Thomas Ludden.
According to her wishes, Norma was cremated and no services are being held at this time.
