Norma Lea Zeller, 79, of Topeka, passed away Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at her home.
She was born September 11, 1932 in Harveyville, KS the daughter of Reuben and Marjorie (Rupert) DeWitt.
Norma married Marvin P. Zeller April 24, 1954 in Topeka. He preceded her in death on October 4, 2000. Survivors include Mark (Becky) Zeller, Eskridge, David (Agnes) Zeller, Eskridge, Michael (Deb) Zeller, Topeka, James Zeller, Topeka and Stacy (Mike) Clare, Ozawkie; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; a sister, Jean McCall, Topeka, and a brother, Steve (Linda) DeWitt, Auburn. She was preceded in death by her parents, and five siblings.
Norma loved crocheting, woodworking, gambling and gardening.
Funeral ceremonies will be 9 a.m., Friday, August 31, 2012 at the Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10th Ave., Topeka. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Topeka. Norma will lie in state after 3 p.m., Thursday, at the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Midland Hospice Care of Kansas, 200 SW Frazier Circle, Topeka, KS 66606.
