Norma Jean Stadler

Norma Jean (Dittman) Stadler, 91, of Topeka, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2016.

She was born April 10, 1924, in Paxico , Kansas, the daughter of William and Bertha (Senne) Dittman. Norma worked at Menninger as a switchboard operator starting in 1948 and retiring in 1971.

Norma married John J. Stadler on July 1, 1948 in Topeka, KS; he preceded her in death on July 17, 2000.

Mrs. Stadler was a member of the St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Topeka where she was a member of the Women's Missionary League. She was also a member of the PBX Club in Topeka and the Women's Auxiliary of VFW Post#1650.

She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, by her parents and four brothers and four sisters.

Norma's wishes were to be cremated and a memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm. on Thursday, February 18 at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 901 SW Fillmore, Topeka, KS.
