Noah Garey
Noah Curtis Garey, 7, of Topeka, went home to be with The Lord on September 21, 2006.
He was born June 6, 1999 in Grand Junction, CO, the son of Mark C. and Heather R. McElroy Garey.
Noah was a second grade student at Indian Hills Elementary School. He was particularly fond of mathematics and the library and enjoyed playing soccer. He will be missed by all and will live on in our hearts.
Survivors include his parents, a brother, Chandler; grandparents, John and Gloria McElroy, all of Topeka, grandparents, Patrick and Linda Garey, Grand Junction, CO and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Noah will lie in state after 2:00 pm, Monday, September 25 at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel where the family will greet friends from 7:00 to 8:00 pm that evening. A celebration of Noah's life will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, September 26 at Light of The World Christian Center, 3301 SW. Gage Blvd., with burial to follow in Penwell-Gabel Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Noah Garey Memorial Fund sent in c/o Commerce Bank and Trust, 3035 SW. Topeka Ave., Topeka, KS 66611.
