Neil Haney, 63, El Dorado, formerly of Topeka, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2016.
He was born December 28, 1952, in Topeka, Kansas, the son of John and Julia (Franzese) Haney.
Survivors include his friends and staff at Easter Seals Capper Foundation and Kansas Neurological Institute.
Private services will be held at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
