Nancy J. Lebbert, 74, Topeka, passed away Wednesday, August 13, 2014.
She was born December 17, 1939, in Hutchinson, Kansas, the daughter of Floyd and Genevieve (Miller) Phillips. She graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1957.

Nancy was employed by the Kansas Department of Transportation as an email administrator and IT support for 20 years, retiring in 1999.

Nancy married John L. Lebbert on September 26, 1988 in Longview, Colorado. He survives. Other survivors include two children, Pamela (Robert) Rios, Topeka and Steve (Julie) Lowrey, Shawnee, KS; one brother, Guy "Norman" Phillips, San Antonio, TX; four grandchildren, Suzanne Frye; Alycia Weakland; Bobbi Rios, all of Topeka and Sam Lowrey, Shawnee and two great-granddaughters, Alassandra and Annaleise Weakland, both of Topeka.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Carrie D. Sparks and sister, Diane Pace.

A memorial visitation will be Saturday, August 16 at Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel from 4-6 pm. Inurnment will be held at a later date at Penwell-Gabel Cemetery.
