Miriam R. Klugg, 98, died July 10, 2005 at Summerford Nursing Home in Falkville, Alabama.
Mrs. Klugg was born December 24, 1906 in Dodge City, Kansas to John W. and Jeanette Brown Rose. She graduated from Dodge City High School and attended Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. She was a member of Lowman United Methodist Church for many years while living in Topeka, Kansas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sterling C. Klugg in 1988 and son, Joseph R. Klugg in 1970. Survivors include two daughters, Beverly Wallace of Houston, Texas, and Marcia Bagby of Decatur, Alabama, six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Funeral and burial will be in Topeka, Kansas. Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 15, 2005 at the Mount Hope Chapel. Entombment will be in Mount Hope Mausoleum. The family will receive friends at Mount Hope Chapel one hour prior to services.
The family requests no flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to Lowman United Methodist Church or to an organization of donor's choice.
