Age 78, of Topeka, passed away October 26, 2002 at her home. She was born
May 27, 1924 the daughter of William and Verna Combs Wikkerink. She graduated from Rossville High School in 1942. She worked for the Santa Fe
Railroad and was employed as a Comptroller at various business's in Topeka.
She was married to Virgil B. Beach February 17, 1945 in Topeka, KS. Virgil preceded her in death September 29, 1986. A son Larry K. Beach preceded her in death in June of 1970.
She is survived by:
One daughter: Karen A. Tuffley Topeka, KS
Two Sons: Wm. R. "Randy" Beach Edwards, MO
Bruce E. Beach Topeka, KS
One brother: Robert Wikkerink Shady Grove, OR
15 grandchildren
4 great grandchildren
Funeral Services will be held Thursday October 31, 2002 at 11:00AM at Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Beach will lie in state from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM Wednesday, October 30, 2002 at the funeral home. The family will receive friends and relatives from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM that evening. Memorial Contirbutions may be made to the Kansas
