Michael L. Bundy

Michael L. Bundy, 47, of Topeka, passed away Sunday, August 11, 2002. He passed away from injuries sustained in a one vehicle accident on old highway #75 in Osage County, Kansas.

Michael was born September 19, 1954 at Marysville, Kansas, the son of Garland and Norma Jean (Bigham) Bundy. He was a 1973 graduate of Washburn Rural High School.

He worked for Drywall Construction 22 years.

He is survived by:
one son, Chris Bundy Joplin, MO
one daughter, Michaela Bundy of the home
his parents, Garland and Norma Jean Bundy Topeka, KS
three brothers, Patrick Bundy Topeka, KS
Steve Bundy Dover, KS
Bud Bundy New Jersey
two sisters, Teresa Bundy Topeka, KS
Laura Reichardt Topeka, KS
and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 15, 2002 at the Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Burial will follow at Auburn Cemetery. Mr. Bundy will lie in state after 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home where the family will greet friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday. Memorial contributions may be given to the Kansas Wildlife and Game Association, 3300 SW 29th Street, Topeka, Kansas 66614. Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
