Maxine N. Percifield-Hotchkiss, 90, of Wichita formerly of Topeka died Sunday, April 3, 2005 at Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice House in Wichita. She was born March 8, 1915 in Kansas City, KS the daughter of Clyde Mitchell and Edna Brennenstull Neal.
Maxine graduated from Topeka High School in 1932. She worked for Hallmark Card Company as a supervisor.
She was preceded in death by Charles Kenneth Percifield and Orrin Hotchkiss.
She is survived by a daughter Deanna L. Solt and son in law Bill of Wichita; grandchildren, Mark Solt, Debra Mullin; both of Wichita; great grandchildren, Tina Wright, Tony Solt, Matthew Mullin, and Ashley Mullin all of Wichita.
Step sons, Jim Hotchkiss and Chuck Hotchkiss, nieces and one nephew
Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 7, 2005 at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
Maxine will lie in state from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 6, 2005 at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel.
