Mary Pitcher

Mary H. Pitcher, 71, of Topeka, passed away, Thursday, September 4, 2003 at a Topeka care facility.

She was born April 26, 1932 at Kansas City, MO the daughter of Frank and Helen Holt.

She was married to Perry T. Pitcher, Jr.. He preceded her in death in 1995. She was also preceded in death by her son, Gary L. Pitcher in 1984.

two sons, Perry T. Pitcher III Topeka, KS
Charles D. Pitcher Topeka, KS
two daughters, Janice A. Duran Topeka, KS
Rose M. Miller Valley Falls, KS
three granddaughters and one great grandson.

Mrs. Pitcher was a homemaker and an avid bingo player.

Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Monday, September 8, 2003 at the Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Pitcher will lie in state after 2:00 p.m. Sunday and the family will greet friends from 2:00 pm until 4:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
