Age 49, passed away february 13, 2003 at her home. She was born December 5, 1953 at Rockford IL the daughter of John A. and Dorla Porter Foust.




She is preceded in death by her father, John A. Foust, two brothers, Lawrence Foust and Gary Foust. She is survived by:
