Martha Louise Crandall

Martha Louise Crandall, 62, of Topeka, passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2006 , peacefully at her home under the loving care of family and Midland Hospice. She was born on August 21, 1943 at Christ Hospital in Topeka to Harry Kahle and Isa Louise Faust and lived most of her life in the Topeka area. She is survived by her loving husband, Stephen Crandall; a daughter, Terri Woodbury and granddaughter Rachel, Auburn; a son, Michael Woodbury, his wife, Mary Beth, a grandson, Lucas and a granddaughter, Mackenzi, Topeka; her mother, Isa Faust, Topeka; five siblings: Robert Faust and wife, Marge, CA; Ronald Faust and wife, Norma, IN; Lila Dallas and husband, Bob, KS; Donald Faust and wife, Daina, FL; and Janice Hartwich and husband, Tom, KS; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Countryside United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Lynn Creek Cemetery southeast of Topeka. Martha will lie in state after Noon Monday at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel where the family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Monday evening.
