Marsha Bullard Miller, 82, of Topeka, passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2022.
She was born September 29, 1939, in Akron, Ohio, the daughter of Wayne and Lydia (Davis) Bullard. She graduated from Silver Lake High School and attended Washburn University, where she was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha.
She was employed at Kansas Department of Labor, retiring in September 2000.
Survivors include her children Todd J. (Natalie) Miller and Susan K. Miller; step-daughter, Teuka (David) Cox; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl John Miller and son John W. Miller.
Cremation has taken place as per Marsha's wishes. Services and inurnment will be held at a later date.
