Mark R. Schutter, 45, of Topeka, passed away Friday, July 15 at his home.
He was born November 10, 1959 in Wamego, the son of Robert L. and Mary H. Wertzberger Schutter.
He graduated from Topeka West High School and Washburn University with a bachelor's degree. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golf and spending time with his sons. He was also an avid Kansas State fan.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert L. Schutter.
Survivors include his mother, Mary H. Schutter, of Topeka; two sons, Erik and Brendon Schutter of Westfield,MA.,: a step son, Bryan Schlink of Topeka, two sisters, Anna Carroll of Dwight and Monica Perez of Topeka; two brothers, Matthew Schutter of Broomfield, Co and Mario Schutter of Osage City, KS.
Cremation is planned. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, July 20 at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel with burial to follow in Alma Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be sent in care of the funeral home.
