Marjorie Mae Cox (McElroy), 90 of Topeka passed away December 31, 2017 at Stormont Vail Hospital.
Marjorie was born March 22, 1927 to Lloyd and Ella McElroy in Quinter, Kansas.
Marjorie had two brothers Robert and Lynn McElroy, Robert and his wife Mary preceded her in death.
Marjorie was a loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband Robert Doyle Cox and two sons George Keith Cox and Robert Kent Cox. Survivors include son Mark Lloyd Cox and wife Leslie Diane Cox and daughter Marsha Lee Cox. Two grandchildren Joshua Amos Randall Cox and Sarah Grace Cox. One great grandchild Nathaniel Silva.
Memorial services will be held at the Reformed Presbyterian Church in Topeka, Kansas at 4:00pm on Saturday January 6th. She will be buried at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver, Colorado this coming spring.
Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel is assisting with arrangements.
