Marian Uhlig, 98, Topeka, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2016.
She was born October 7, 1917, in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Ray and Marie (Jensen) Elliott. She graduated from Topeka High School.
Marian was a lunch lady at Topeka Public School and a homemaker. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church.
Survivors include her children: Cheryl McNish, James Uhlig and Jon Uhlig; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 14 at Mount Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel.
